JP-Shipping Policy
We currently offer delivery services to most parts of Japan.
Processing Time
- Standard Service:
Orders are processed within 48 hours after placement (UTC+8, business days).
- Priority shipping:
Orders are processed within 24 hours after placement (UTC+8, business days).
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled through the website.
Delivery Time
- Standard Service:
2–8 business days after shipment.
- Express Service:
1–6 business days after shipment.
Shipping Fees
✅ Standard Shipping
- Free shipping on orders over ¥900.
- For orders under ¥900, a flat shipping fee of ¥300 will apply.
🚀 Priority shipping
- Orders under ¥900: Base shipping fee + ¥300 express fee.
- Orders ¥900 and above: ¥300 express fee applies.
Large / Oversized Items
- Size limit: weight≤80KG;
- Delivery by truck is required for oversized items.
- Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Signature is required upon delivery.
- We are unable to calculate shipping fees for oversized items automatically. After you place an order, we will contact you to confirm the final shipping cost.
Split Shipments Notice
To speed up delivery, orders may be split into multiple packages.
Received only part of your order? It might be a split shipment.
If another package is missing for an extended period, email us with your order number.
Holiday Notice
During peak seasons such as Christmas and Black Friday, order processing and delivery may experience delays. We highly recommend choosing Express Service for faster delivery.
Order Tracking
- A "Shipment Notification" email containing your order number and tracking number will be sent after your order is dispatched.
- If you have received your order confirmation but have not received the shipment notification email for more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service directly.
- If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us at support-jp@htvront.net within 7 days. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible.
Package Issues: Damage / Missing Items
- Damaged Outer Packaging:
If the outer packaging of your received parcel is damaged, please prepare photos or videos of the damaged packaging and contact our customer service within 3 business days of the displayed delivery date.
- Partial Missing Items:
If some items are missing from your order, please provide photos of the parcel's exterior and all the items you actually received, and contact our customer service within 3 business days of the displayed delivery date.
